Well I've done nothing but moan about not being able to open posts, or reply to them, blank pages and having to click "back" umpteen times and then try everything again...for seems like weeks now....

Jacqui, if you click on Support Forum, at the top you will see a red tab with 'Open a Help ticket' on it, click on that and you will be asked how they can help you. Simples! Paula x
